Exchange & Returns
At DXNMXRK, we aim to make returns and exchanges as easy as possible. That is why you will always find a shipping return label with your order. If an item doesn’t fit or you’ve changed your mind, simply use the shipping label you received with your order.
Returns
All online purchases are covered by our 14-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your order.
To register your return, please email our customer service team at contact@dxnmxrk.dk with your order number and the items you wish to return. Our team will confirm your request and provide detailed instructions.
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- The items are unused and in their original, sellable condition
- The return request is made within 14 days of delivery
- The items are properly packed for shipping
- The items have not been exposed to perfume, makeup, or smoke
- All original tags and labels remain attached and undamaged
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges if you ordered the wrong size or wish to replace an item with a different style. To request an exchange, email us at contact@dxnmxrk.dk within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and specify which item, size, or color you’d like instead.

How to Return or Exchange
- Send an email to contact@dxnmxrk.dk with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
- Wait for confirmation and instructions from our customer service team.
- Pack your item(s) securely in the original packaging.
- Ship the parcel using a tracked delivery service to the address below.

Important: Returns must be shipped directly to this address. Parcels sent to pickup points cannot be collected or refunded.
We strongly recommend using a track-and-trace shipping method and including your order number inside the package to ensure a smooth and timely process.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I return an order that was previously exchanged?
Yes — simply use the same order number and contact us again at contact@dxnmxrk.dk.
When will my exchange be shipped?
Your replacement will be dispatched once we’ve received and processed your return, typically within 1–4 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your new item is shipped.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are usually processed within up to 14 days after we receive your returned parcel. During holidays or busy periods, handling times may be slightly longer.
Can I cancel my purchase by refusing delivery?
No. Refusing delivery does not count as a valid return. You must notify us clearly by email if you wish to cancel or withdraw your order.
Can I return multiple orders in one package?
Unfortunately, we cannot process multiple orders in the same return shipment. If you’d like to avoid multiple return shipments, we recommend requesting an exchange instead.
Exchange or return of individual items
If you’re returning or exchanging clothing, please include clear details in your email to contact@dxnmxrk.dk. Specify whether you’d like to exchange specific items for another size, color or style, or return only certain products. Providing these details helps us process your request faster and more accurately.
Will my discount code remain valid if I return part of my order?
If a discount code was used, returning part of your order may affect its validity. For example, if a discount required two qualifying items and one is returned, the remaining item may revert to its standard price.
